By using this website or placing an order with Crispe Hat Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, decline orders, or limit order quantities at our discretion. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.

Custom orders & artwork

By submitting artwork or a logo to be applied to a hat, you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork or have permission to use it. We are not responsible for any third-party intellectual property disputes related to art you submit. Approved mockups are final — once you approve a digital proof, that's what we produce.

Production timelines

Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Standard custom-hat turnaround is 10–21 business days from mockup approval depending on package size. Delays caused by carriers, suppliers, or force majeure are outside our control.

Payment

Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments and supported third-party processors. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and major credit cards are accepted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crispe Hat Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Parker County, Texas.
