How it works
1. Pick your blank. Twenty-six hat styles across three lanes — Essential, Signature, and Premium — sorted by silhouette and bill shape so you can find the right canvas for your brand.
2. Pick your package size. Six tiers, from a single Sample hat up to a 288-piece Collection run. Bigger packages unlock lower per-hat pricing.
3. Send your art. Upload your logo at checkout (vector preferred — .ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg). We send a digital mockup within 24 hours. Approve, we produce, we ship to you.

Essential
Our everyday workhorse. OTTO Cap, YP Classics, The Game, and Decky silhouettes — trucker, dad hat, 5-panel, foam-front. Built for events, staff hats, team caps, and giveaways where the price-per-hat matters most.

Signature
The trucker the industry is built on — Richardson 112 and the Richardson family. Plus Legacy CFA, Flexfit, and Imperial classics. Cotton/poly fronts, mesh backs, garment-washed and pigment-dyed options. The hat customers actually want to wear off-duty.

Premium
Elevated builds for boutique brands, retail-grade merch, sports teams, and executive gifts. Stretch-fit, wool blend, laser-perforated performance, and Imperial's premium dad-hat line. The hat that earns shelf space.

Decoration methods & upgrade pricing
Every package price covers standard direct embroidery on the front of the cap, in one location. That's the baseline. Every other decoration method — patches, 3D puff, additional locations, specialty thread — is a per-hat upgrade on top of the package price. Pick the one that fits your art during proofing.

Frequently asked questions
What file format do you need for my logo?
Vector files are best — .ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg. If all you have is a PNG or JPG, send it anyway. We can usually clean it up, and the digitizing fee for cap-front art is already covered by your package.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from mockup approval for Launch / Drop / Run sizes, and 14–21 business days for Edition / Collection. Rush turnaround is available — text or DM @crispehatco for a quote.
Can I get one hat first before I order a full run?
Yes. That's exactly what the Sample tier is for. A real production hat with your real stitch, shipped to you for $35 (Essential), $40 (Signature), or $55 (Premium). Approve the sample, scale up to the package size you need.
Do you do apparel too?
Yes — shirts, hoodies, jackets, polos, bags, and accessories. Apparel decoration is priced separately. See the Custom Embroidery Price List 2026 for the full apparel rate sheet.
