Shipping

Every hat ships from our Weatherford, Texas studio.

Stock hats

In-stock retail hats ship within 1–2 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days from ship date.

Custom-branded hats

Custom orders ship after production. Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from mockup approval for Launch / Drop / Run package sizes, and 14–21 business days for Edition / Collection. Free U.S. shipping is included on every Custom for Your Brand package.

Free shipping over $75

U.S. retail orders over $75 ship free. Under $75, flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout.

Local pickup

Free local pickup is available at our studio: 150 Prairie Ln, Weatherford, TX. Most orders are ready within 24 hours — you'll get an email when your order is ready.

International shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. For international custom orders, email travis@crispehatco.com for a quote.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email travis@crispehatco.com with your order number within 14 days. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
