WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
We take immense pride in the quality of our hats. If you receive a hat with any workmanship defect or issue, we will make it right—no questions asked. Any hat that has a workmanship defect will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Stitching defects or loose embroidery
• Material flaws or defects
• Structural issues with the hat
• Any manufacturing errors

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom hats, custom orders are final sale unless there is a workmanship defect.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact us at travis@crispehatco.com] within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with return instructions and address
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
